2007 Pamelita

Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Pamelita, the Spanish diminutive, translates loosely into Little Pamela. It’s how Pam’s Ecuadorian grandmother lovingly referred to Pam when she was a young child. It is with that same fondness that we release the 2007 vintage of Pamelita, our limited production estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Our talented winemaker combined the artistry of traditional European-style winemaking with a nod to the modern techniques more common in today’s new world, to produce 178 cases. If nothing else, George is hoping for positive points for naming the wine after his bride. We’ll leave it to you to decide whether or not he deserves them. Salud!
