Hamel Chef Thomas Mendel and Harvey House Chef Joe Papach join culinary forces to create an evening of fine dining under the stars at the Hamel estate. In the company of an intimate group of guests, enjoy sweeping views of the estate vineyard and a culinary excursion led by an Estate Ambassador and Chef Thomas Mendel. Begin with an evening tour through the cave, followed by a five-course dinner paired with wine selections from the Hamel library and new releases.
