We seek to mirror the level of attentive, detail-oriented work done in our vineyards in all of our offerings, including our wine membership. Members enjoy access to our latest wine releases and library offerings, receive invitations to expertly-curated member events, and remain connected with Hamel throughout the year.
Signature Events
All members receive first access and, when applicable, preferred pricing to our flagship celebrations taking place several times during the year. These signature events offer our entire community the opportunity to connect with fellow enthusiasts over Hamel’s wines, as well as to learn more from the people who made them.
Member Release Celebrations
For every spring and fall wine shipment, members are welcomed onto the estate to pick up their latest allocation of wines and to enjoy a preview tasting of select wines included in the shipment. We aim for these celebrations to be more than just a matter of retrieving your wine – they are a celebration of everything that went into making them and our members who made it possible.
Lighting of the Vines
Over wine, food, and music, each year we invite the Hamel community onto the estate to witness the annual illumination of our estate vineyards in festive lights. The Lighting of the Vines is a memorable event that symbolizes the official start of every holiday season.
Access Events
Access Events are a core benefit across all wine club membership tiers. Expertly hosted and led by winemaking professionals and experienced sommeliers, each event is designed to enrich members’ wine experiences through community, education, and the kind of fun one can only find when enjoying wine with friends and loved ones.

You acknowledge that as a Hamel member, your credit card will be charged automatically for a shipment of wine every six (6) months approximately ten (10) days before shipment on an ongoing basis until you cancel. Price per shipment varies between $300 and $1,100 depending on membership tier and shipment customization, plus applicable tax and shipping fees. All memberships are for a minimum of two (2) shipments and early cancellations may be subject to the reversal of any discounts received as a Hamel member. You may cancel at any time after your second shipment by emailing [email protected] or online at hamelfamilywines.com or by telephone at (707) 996-5800. To avoid further charges, cancellations must be submitted at least one (1) day prior to the billing date for the next release.
