“The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Estate is a silver straw color and includes the addition of 25% Semillon. Coming from lower elevation, dry-farmed vineyards, it was raised in a combination of stainless steel tanks, neutral barrels, and concrete. In the glass, it reveals delicately layered aromas of wet stone, tropical flowers, dewy earth, melon, and candied white grapefruit. Medium to full-bodied, it has a lovely silky texture, with a lot of refinement, and a wonderful saline touch and a mouthwatering feel throughout. It’s a very high-quality Sauvignon Blanc that does not evince the oak as in a spice, but rather in its texture. Drink it over the next 6-8 years”
