ESTATE Sauvignon Blanc
A pale straw hue swirling in the glass, the 2024 Estate Sauvignon Blanc unwinds with aromas of Meyer lemon, bergamot zest, white stone fruit, and crisp green apple, accented by subtle notes of lavender, citrus blossom, fresh herbs, and wet stone. The wine is tensile and pure, its fine texture guided by bright, saline-edged acidity that saturates the palate with flavors of lemon and early-season nectarine. A chalk-tinged mineral line provides vibrancy, persistence, and depth. This wine will show well in the near term and continue to gain complexity over the next ten years.
