The Setting

Behind a grove of hundred-year old olive trees and lavender, our contemporary Estate House tasting room nestles against a slope of oak woodland and manzanita chaparral, offering dramatic views of the Sonoma Mountain and Sonoma Valley. 

The Experiences

Guests may tour our winery and extensive underground caves, or relax in one of our elegant salon spaces, constructed from black walnut, travertine, and basalt stone. Chef Thomas Mendel prepares exquisite small bites designed to complement the wines.

A guided tour of our winery and adjacent cave followed by a seated tasting that includes a single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, two estate red wines, and a library Cabernet Sauvignon alongside a seasonal snack.

A seated tasting in our Estate House that includes a Reserve Sauvignon Blanc, two current releases of red blend and single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, and a current release and library selection of our most expressive Cabernet Sauvignon, Pamelita. All are served alongside a gourmet snack.

Chef’s Experience

Our most immersive wine and food experience begins with a tour of the winery and adjacent cave followed by a seated tasting in a communal setting. The experience includes a selection of current-release wines alongside pairings of small gourmet courses prepared by Chef Thomas Mendel, named Best Young Chef, World, 2024. This is a communal experience.
