The Setting
Behind a grove of hundred-year old olive trees and lavender, our contemporary Estate House tasting room nestles against a slope of oak woodland and manzanita chaparral, offering dramatic views of the Sonoma Mountain and Sonoma Valley.
The Experiences
Guests may tour our winery and extensive underground caves, or relax in one of our elegant salon spaces, constructed from black walnut, travertine, and basalt stone. Chef Thomas Mendel prepares exquisite small bites designed to complement the wines.

Our signature wine and food experience begins with a guided tour of the winery and adjacent cave, followed by a communal seated tasting. Guests explore a curated selection of Biodynamic estate wines, including both library and current releases, paired with gourmet small plates crafted from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients by Chef Thomas Mendel, named Best Young Chef, World 2024.
This immersive tasting menu is designed to showcase the art and nuance of wine and food pairing, offering a shared, educational experience that connects guests to the flavors, the wines, and the estate itself.
